Order Information
We are required by our credit card processor to verify information on credit cards. We may at times require additional information regarding billing and/or shipping or related items. We reserve the right to refuse any order if sufficient verification or authorization cannot be obtained.

Debit Card Transactions
If you are using a debit card, we hope you are familiar with the debit card user agreement. If not, be aware that debit cards do not operate the same as a credit card. Depending on your bank's debit card policy, it may appear that your account balance has been debited twice for your transaction. This is not the case; we obtain an authorization from your bank only for the exact amount of your purchase, and we do not actually charge your debit card until your order ships. ANY appearance of your account being debited twice is your financial institutions way of protecting itself. VISA and MasterCard require your bank to refund any possible 2nd hold on your account within 3 to 5 days.

Shipping
Our primary method of shipment is UPS or FedEx. However, we do offer USPS/Parcel Post for PO boxes, military bases, and some International orders. Shipping and handling will be added to each order. The shipping and handling prices reflect the closest estimate to actual shipping, but may not represent exact pricing. You will be notified of any change in shipping costs for your order. When ordering two or more items, consolidation into fewer boxes may decrease the shipping and handling charges for your order.

Shipping Damage
We recommend that you inspect your package before you sign for it. Our shipping dept. and vendors make every effort to prevent shipping damage, but it does happen occasionally. If your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please keep the original shipping carton and immediately contact the shipper for a damage report.

Customer Service
If you have questions about an order, call our Customer Service Department at 888-800-9629 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. We will strive to resolve any problems quickly and to your satisfaction.

Canceling Orders
If you wish to cancel an order, we recommend you call us ASAP at 888-800-9629 as we ship very quickly and an email may not be processed as speedily. If unable to call, then contact a Customer Service Representative via email at cust@Sparkplugs.com. The time available to cancel your order, which must be done before shipment, can sometimes be very short as we process and ship most orders very quickly (usually within hours after it is placed). If you have canceled your order by email and it was successfully canceled, you will receive an email confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible for us to cancel it.
You have two options:
Option 1) is to accept the product and then request a return authorization number from the Customer Service Center and initiate a return. When the return is processed, we will not credit shipping charges.

Option 2) is to refuse delivery, in which FedEx/UPS should return the product back to us. If you do this it is entirely at your risk. Occasionally an order may ship directly from the manufacturer (as in the case of large industrial plug orders). Your refusal may return the plugs to them, but we have no access to their receiving records, we cannot issue a credit. When a return is received, credit will be issued for clean resalable items only, we will not credit the freight.

Returns
We work to ensure you are satisfied with all your purchases made with Sparkplugs.com. We also understand that some orders will need to be returned or canceled. Please use the instructions below to ensure that your returns are handled in a timely manner.

Any part purchased from Sparkplugs.com can be returned for any reason within the first 30 days provided that the product has not been installed or damaged. (Subject to inspection). The part must be unused, in its original packaging and must be in resalable condition. Once an order has shipped, the customer must follow these steps to insure credit. We do not charge a restocking fee with the exception of special order items ( such as a special order of 100 of the same oxygen sensor). A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all special order returns. If you have any questions about the return policy please call us at 888-800-9629. All returns are subject to inspection prior to credit being issued.

Please follow these steps to return an item:
1) Send an email to returns@Sparkplugs.com explaining reason for return, the date part was purchased, and contact info (your name, phone number, & email address). Within 48 hours you will receive a RGA# (Return Goods Number). Or call us directly at 888-800-9629 to obtain RGA #.

2) Once you receive the Return Goods Number (RGA#). Please follow the instructions given. This will ensure a timely credit to your card. If you feel your return is outside of our return policy either because of Time, Condition, or other PLEASE DO NOT SEND IT! Call customer service at 888-800-9629

3) For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via FedEx or Insured Parcel Post. COD's will not be accepted. Sparkplugs.com will process a credit within 7-10 working days of receipt of the part. (Original shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the return is due to our error)

4) Because of the nature of automotive parts, some items are subject to special inspection and may not qualify for credit (such as oxygen sensors) since they require inspection and approval from the manufacturer. Please allow additional time for credit on these items. If credit cannot be issued, you will be notified.

Warranty Claims
Sparkplugs.com honors the manufacturer's warranties for the products purchased from us. (Shipping charges and any labor costs for all warranty items are the responsibility of the customer.) Parts that are damaged due to incorrect installation or mistreatment are not covered under warranty. Sparkplugs.com does not express or imply any warranty as to the performance of any part sold. Sparkplugs.com relies on application data supplied by each part manufacturer; we are not liable for damages of any kind arising from incorrect part application information. Sparkplugs.com is not liable for the use of parts purchased on this site, including but not limited to punitive, indirect, direct, incidental, and consequential damages.
